About «résonances»

On 17.11, with the Sächsische Staatskapelle Dresden

conducted by its new musical director Daniele Gatti, Kaija Saariaho’s Ciel d’hiver will be studded with stars. Violinist Frank Peter Zimmermann will join the Staatskapelle to illuminate Robert Schumann’s challenging concerto with his consummate artistry. This will be followed by Schumann’s particularly evocative Second Symphony, a veritable romantic sound painting. A galaxy of stars not to be missed!
