I. Andante sostenuto moderato - con animo

Their Ā«FiestaĀ» album earned rave reviews on its release,

and indeed, Venezuelan music will be at the centre of this second concert by the SimĆ³n BolĆvar Symphony Orchestra of Venezuela conducted by its music director Gustavo Dudamel. Among other works, the programme includes a piece by Gonzalo Grau featuring the cuatro, a specifically Venezuelan instrument, followed by Pyotr Ilyich Tchaikovskyā€™s Fourth Symphony on the theme of fate. An explosive cocktail of classical music and mambo!
