The music of these countries has always been an important part the Philharmonie’s programming, and the heart-warming autumn festival «atlântico» pays homage to this legacy. Over a full week of concerts and events catering to all age groups, we open our doors to numerous artists from across the Portuguese-speaking world, and symbolically also to a significant portion of Luxembourg’s population.

João Bosco and Jaques Morelenbaum have worked with all the big names in their country for several decades. And yet their personal contributions as composers and performers are every bit as impressive, as you will discover in this intimist concert, combining jazz and samba, in which the two septuagenarians will show that they have lost none of their inspiration.
