«Être aux petits oiseaux» is a Québécois expression meaning «to be happy»,

and happiness is exactly what the Orchestre Symphonique de Montréal and its musical director, the Venezuelan Rafael Payare, have in store for the Philharmonie audience. The orchestra will be joined by pianist Daniil Trifonov in Ludwig van Beethoven’s First Piano Concerto, and the concert will be rounded off by Hector Berlioz’s lively Symphonie fantastique, followed by Jeder Baum spricht by Iranian-Canadian composer Iman Habibi. Happiness and «petits oiseaux» guaranteed!
