«Like Mozart and Chopin, silent films are available for musical interpretation,

which can always be refreshed by a new interpreter’s vision». And this is precisely what Jean-François Zygel is offering us when he sets short films from the Pathé collection to music from the piano. The black and white of the film will be offset by the colourful interpretations of an inspired musician who has been «madly in love with silent films since the age of 25».
