The music world would not be what it is today if certain women and men had not fervently believed in it – and in the multitude of talents inhabiting it. Carefully curated by our dedicated team, the PhilaPhil membership categories (Silver, Gold, Platinum and New Generation) offer you four unique ways to shape Luxembourg’s cultural future and to have a rewarding, measurable impact on the Philharmonie.

In a nutshell
What impact will my donation have?
Thanks to the donations from PhilaPhil members, the Philharmonie has been able to purchase several musical instruments of outstanding quality in recent years, including a Steinway grand piano, three violins and one viola made by the renowned luthier Stephan von Baehr, as well as a set of Viennese timpani. The members of PhilaPhil also enabled the Philharmonie to present a complete cycle of Ludwig van Beethoven’s piano concerti with pianist Krystian Zimerman.
What benefits does a PhilaPhil membership offer?
Intimate soirées and the privilege of meeting artists up close and personal – those are only two of the many benefits of a PhilaPhil membership. Then there is the individual service when purchasing tickets and exclusive travel opportunities with other members. There are three membership categories to choose between: Silver, Gold and Platinum. With the start of the 2023/24 season, the Philharmonie team is launching PhilaPhil New Generation, a membership group for private donors under the age of 40.
