Home to the 90-year-old Luxembourg Philharmonic, the masterpiece created by the architect Christian de Portzamparc boasts a rich annual programme ranging from classical to jazz and world music, including a staple educational portfolio for young listeners and their families.

Junior Artistic Planning & Project Manager (m/f/x)

CDI full-time

Role :

  • Provide assistance to the Head of the Artistic Planning Division and Artistic Planning Coordinator in all fields of his/her mission covering the artistic planning, organisation and realisation of concerts and other events in the Philharmonie.
  • Oversee the organisation of certain projects, through planning and implementation to correct closure. 
  • Provide administrative support to the Head of the Artistic Planning division. 


Profile : 

  • Academic background or relevant qualifications in arts or music management, musicology or music performance. 
  • Prior experience of concert programming or production. 
  • Strong organisational skills, sense of responsibility and reliability, along with a positive and professional approach to work
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
  • Passionate about music, particularly classical music, and motivated to contribute to the success of the Philharmonie
  • Fluent command of at least two of the three following languages: German, French and English

HR Officer (m/f/x)

Missions :

  • Participer à l'ensemble des activités RH liées aux musiciens et collaborateurs administratifs/techniques de l’établissement
  • Être le premier point de contact pour les questions liées aux RH
  • Gérer le processus de recrutement et d'intégration des nouveaux collègues
  • Assurer le suivi du temps de travail et des absences 
  • Piloter la gestion des formations et optimiser le développement des compétences 
  • Contribuer activement aux projets de digitalisation RH
  • Faire des suggestions proactives pour faire évoluer les pratiques RH


Profil :

  • Formation RH et expérience en gestion RH
  • Connaissances du droit du travail et de la législation sociale du Luxembourg
  • Capacité d’analyse et d’organisation
  • Fort esprit d’équipe et aisance relationnelle
  • Bonne maîtrise de la langue française et allemande. Le luxembourgeois est un atout
  • La connaissance des outils de gestion mpleo et DSK est considérée comme un plus

Project Manager (m/f/x)

Missions :

  • Organisation, préparation et suivi des concerts et productions du Luxembourg Philharmonic et d’orchestres invités, musique de chambre, récitals, musique contemporaine, jazz, world music.
  • Préparation et suivi de conférences et événements institutionnels.
  • Gestion et suivi administratif des projets.


Profil : 

  • Vous disposez d’une formation supérieure (ou équivalent) et d’une première expérience dans le domaine du management culturel/musical, gestion de projets culturels et/ou événementiel.
  • Vous engagé(e) doté(e) d’un sens aigu de l’organisation.
  • Rigoureux et fiable, vous travaillez de manière structurée. 
  • Vous êtes flexible et disponible. Travail le weekend à prévoir.
  • Vous maîtrisez deux des trois langues : français, anglais ou allemand (oral et écrit).
